PressLaunch provides press release submission, editorial review, and distribution services to media contacts. We distribute approved press releases on behalf of our customers to relevant journalists, bloggers, and media outlets.
You must create an account to submit press releases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All submissions are subject to editorial review. We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our standards. If rejected, we will provide a reason and offer one round of revision. Submissions that cannot be brought into compliance will be refunded.
By submitting content, you grant PressLaunch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, display, and syndicate your press release to media contacts and on our public press room.
All fees are charged at the time of submission via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except as follows:

The PressLaunch name, logo, platform design, and all original content on this site are the intellectual property of PressLaunch and may not be used without written permission.
PressLaunch is not responsible for how third-party media contacts use, publish, or decline to publish your press release. Distribution does not guarantee coverage. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific submission in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

This Privacy Policy describes how PressLaunch.vip ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our Service.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide (name, website, bio).
Press release submissions include contact information you provide: name, email, phone number, and website. This information is included in the distributed press release as a media contact.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. We receive confirmation of payment and a transaction ID from Stripe.
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. We use this data to improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.
Media contacts: Your press release, including the media contact information you provide, is distributed to journalists and media professionals in our database. By submitting a press release, you consent to this distribution.
Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Supabase: Our database and authentication infrastructure is hosted on Supabase. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
We retain your account information and press release history for the duration of your account. Distributed press releases remain on our public press room indefinitely as part of the public record. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
