✦ About PressLaunch

PR was broken for independent voices.

We built PressLaunch to fix it — giving podcasters, authors, and small businesses access to the same press distribution tools used by major corporations, without the agency price tag.

"Every independent creator deserves the same chance to get their story in front of the right media — not just the ones who can afford a $5,000/month PR retainer."

The problem we saw

Traditional press release distribution is built for corporations. PR wire services charge hundreds to thousands of dollars per submission. PR agencies want monthly retainers. And the media contact lists they guard are rarely updated or category-matched — your podcast announcement goes to automotive journalists alongside Fortune 500 product launches.

Independent podcasters, self-published authors, and small business owners were left with two options: pay prices that don't make sense for their scale, or shout into the void and hope someone notices. Neither is acceptable.

What PressLaunch does differently

We built a lean, editorial distribution service focused on three things: real category matching, transparent pricing, and editorial integrity.

Our media contact database is curated by category — podcast journalists, book reviewers, small business editors, entertainment reporters. When you submit a press release about your new podcast, it goes to the people who actually cover podcasting. Not a spray-and-pray blast to 10,000 unqualified inboxes.

Every release is reviewed by a human editor before it goes out. We check for newsworthy content, proper formatting, and factual accuracy. If something needs work, we tell you specifically what and give you a chance to revise. We don't just reject and ghost.

Who we serve

PressLaunch is built for independent voices — people with real stories who have been priced out of the PR market:

Podcasters and hosts announcing new shows, ranking milestones, major guest appearances, award nominations, and series launches. Authors and writers launching books, announcing signings, and building media presence. Small business owners announcing product launches, expansions, partnerships, and community milestones. Finance and wealth professionals sharing market insights and building thought leadership.

If you have something worth saying and want the right people to hear it, PressLaunch is for you.

Our editorial commitment

We believe press releases have to mean something. Our editorial team reviews every submission — not to gatekeep, but to protect the integrity of distribution. Journalists trust that what lands in their inbox from PressLaunch is real, formatted correctly, and genuinely newsworthy. That trust is what makes your release worth sending.
